Computer-Based Training (CBT)
Interactive online courses that deliver and assess knowledge, referencing your specific O&M procedures, approved equipment, and operating conditions. Built for self-paced delivery through EWN's LMS, with embedded knowledge checks aligned to your qualification criteria.
Performance Evaluation (PE)
Structured field observation checklists that let your qualified evaluators assess a worker's demonstrated ability to perform a covered task. Custom PEs are written to your specific task steps, safety requirements, and acceptable performance criteria rather than a generalized industry checklist.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
Instructor guides and participant materials for classroom or facilitated training sessions. EWN builds ILT content for topics that benefit from live instruction, group discussion, or hands-on demonstration.
Written Evaluation (WE)
Formal written knowledge assessments for covered tasks that require documented written testing as part of your qualification process. Custom written evaluations are built to your specific task requirements and scoring criteria.
Record Only (RO)
For tasks where qualification is established by documented on-the-job experience rather than formal training or testing, EWN's Record Only content type provides a structured format for recording and maintaining that qualification in your program.
