Skip Elliott : Thanks, Russel. I'm glad to be here today.
Russel : Skip, why don't you start by giving our listeners a little bit of background on yourself and your role at PHMSA?
Skip Elliott : Sure. I've been the Administrator of PHMSA for a couple of years now. Prior to that, I had a long career in the pipeline industry, which I think really helps me understand both the regulatory side and the operational side of pipeline safety.
